This is our first visit here for dining and we are so glad we finally decided to do it! Months. I have been to Sunset Key when the Opal was the Westin for drinks and to hang out on the beach back in the day. Too expensive and at that point if we could have left we would have left, but you are on an island and can’t.ĭON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Even after we left there were two other couples that this also happened to. The host (long haired guy who was the most rude of anyone) even showed me the reservation list and our booking date was months ahead of any of the others they sat outside (the ones that passed us while we were told to wait). After waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby we asked again and they came back and said no we have you down for 4 but now there are no more seats available outside…after multiple couples behind us got seated. Got to the restaurant yesterday and we were told they only had us down for 2 people instead of 4 but they would go out and see what they had left. When I talked to the lady on the phone I asked for an outside sunset table. Booked our reservation over the phone back in early December 2022 for May 28, 2023.
